Our certification applies to stitching and faulty fittings. Rowdy repairs free of charge. We use real, natural leathers, and thus your Rowdy bag will never tear. Any superficial stains are the responsibility of the customer.


If you are not happy with your Rowdy bag upon receiving it, you can return free of charge. Please email us info@rowdy.co.za and we will send a courier to collect. Please notify us with 48hrs of receiving your bag. We will refund within 24hrs within South Africa or International 3 days.


South Africa – Order will take 2 working days to arrive once dispatched, and will arrive at your door.


We use Standard Postal service for international orders. All orders take 7-10 days to arrive. Shipping costs are R650 per order. If your bag gets lost or does not arrive, you will be refunded.
