All ROWDY Bags come with a certified lifetime product warranty. Our certification applies to stitching, zipper, and faulty fittings. If you have any of these issues, your bag will be repaired free of charge, for the useful life of the product. We use real natural leathers, thus your ROWDY Bag will never tear. Any superficial stains are the responsibility of the customer.


If you are not happy with your ROWDY Bag upon receiving it, you can return or exchange free of charge. Please email info@rowdy.co.za within 48hrs of receiving your bag to begin the process. A courier will then be scheduled for collection. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon arrival and inspection of the bag. In the factory, purchases must have a receipt for returns and exchanges.

All international orders are responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges and returns. R0WDY will cover the cost if the incorrect order was sent.


Shipping within South Africa usually takes 1 - 2 working days from the time it has been dispatched. Outlying areas may take 2 - 6 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be dispatched on the next working day.


We use Standard Postal service for international orders. All orders take 7-10 days to arrive. Shipping costs are R650 per order. If your bag gets lost or does not arrive, you will be refunded. Depending on what country you are in, there may be an additional charge from your local customs officials to bring your bag in. While we like to do everything in our power to prevent this, sometimes this is out of our hands, so we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
